Set Apart Outposts
Set Apart for The Lord
These outposts are sabbatical retreats that allow followers of Christ and their families to disconnect and transition away from their lives led by and in the world. The outposts offer an opportunity to reassess whether the Lord may have a different path and plan for their lives. The outposts offer varying durations of sabbatical periods, depending on the needs of the family and leading of the Spirit.
Providing a supported environment, these outposts present an opportunity to give the best hours of the day, the best days of the week, and the best years of their lives to the things God has gifted men: their families and their individual callings within His Kingdom. Set Apart Outposts seek to take back the lives of those given over to the world’s ways and purposes— lives called to redirect to God’s ways and purposes.
During their time at these outposts, followers seek to answer the question, “Could I live set apart by Christ and for God’s purposes?” This time is spent exploring what that might look and feel like, as they navigate a life consecrated to the Lord and His purposes. It is a most difficult transition and greatest adventure, and not for the faint of heart. However, the Lord is ever present and very willing to make Himself known in the intimacy of a life stripped of the normalized chaos of relentless distractions. These outposts are purposed with providing the peace and opportunity for communion with the Lord.
In the absence of the world’s demands, Set Apart Fellows are provided educational tools to unlock the depth contained in the Word of God and spiritual mentorship to support their journey in a life of abiding in Christ.

We realize this is a momentous step to take and not at all easy. We also know it is the best decision a follower of Christ could ever make, which is why we strive to provide a space for those called to do things differently, and truly allow God to reign in and through them. We are looking for those who seek to take the biggest leap of their lives, and we want them to know there is a community to support them.
